It is that time of year again and it has come round so fast.

Our AGM will be held THIS THURSDAY 16th November 2017 at the Emmott Arms Rawdon from 7:30pm prompt. (The address is listed on our website calendar as always).

All committee members are required to attend as important decisions are to be made which require your vote!

The main areas of discussion will be; 

• Committee Roles - confirmation of existing members and roles and appointment of new members
• 2018 events schedule
• Rules & Regulations regarding trialling, green laning, holiday rally etc

As a committee we would like to ask all our club members to attend the AGM. This meeting is where we would like to hear your feedback regarding the club; what we do well, what we need to improve on and suggestions on how we do this and what you would like to see more of in the club i.e. more laning or more social events. If you would like your opinion heard then please attend. 

Finally, if you would like to get more involved in the club we always welcome new volunteers. As the roles of the club are completed purely voluntarily in our members spare time, the more 'hands on deck' the better we can be.
